Safarini Leadership Journey

Kenya | September 18–28, 2025 | Raw Expedition

Off the grid. Into the wild. Back to yourself.

Solo tent | Limited to 8 travelers

$14,500 per person | 10 days

A Journey Worth Taking

At Luxefari, we believe the most meaningful journeys don’t just change where you are — they change who you are. That’s why we’ve partnered with Safarini Leadership, who offer you exclusive access to a powerful expedition through Kenya’s remote north. Designed to reshape how you lead, live, and relate.

Highlights:

  • A raw, 10-day wilderness experience through Kenya’s untamed northern frontier

  • Six days on foot across the sacred Ndoto Mountains

  • Guided by Samburu elders, with full camel caravan and mobile expedition crew

  • Leadership growth through nature — challenges arise organically around fires, across valleys, and beneath vast skies

  • Frontier simplicity — private backpacking tent, bush showers (heated bucket of water), long-drop toilet, no WiFi, no luxury amenities on the trek

  • Visit to Solio Conservancy, a sanctuary for endangered black and white rhinos

  • Final night of private game drives in a remote Laikipia conservancy

  • Extraordinary opportunity to strip back, slow down, and reconnect

Designed For:

  • Travelers seeking reconnection, clarity, and a deeper sense of purpose

  • Those ready to be tested — physically, mentally, and meaningfully

  • Leaders, creatives, and changemakers in transition or transformation

This is not a retreat.
It’s a reset — of body, mind, and spirit.

Stories from the Journey

I took my Safarini journey during a major transitional period. I'd left my job in San Francisco and was considering a career change and a move abroad. The Safarini experience was hugely influential in solidifying those life-changing decisions. I knew it was a unique opportunity from the start of our expedition through the Wakumbe Hills, when I joined the Maasai community leaders to help divert elephants from the path of a village school.

The experiences, conversations, and coaching that took place in the days that followed altered my perspective of risk, scarcity, and achievement. This has made me more decisive and effective both in my professional role as a manager and in my personal life. The beautiful landscapes and people of northern Kenya, combined with the unique group of people I traveled with created a personal development journey that could not be replicated.
